SL-6001 锁具导向锁扣
SL-6001 是与旋转锁、撞击锁和按压关闭锁配套的卡入式 PA66+30GF 导向锁扣:辅助锁舌定位、补偿错位并降低关门噪声,适用于轻中型门板。

SL-6001 为卡入式导向锁扣,本体采用玻纤增强 PA66+30GF,与旋转锁、撞击关门锁和按压关闭锁配套使用。注塑成型的导向斜面将锁舌或锁栓引入闭合位置,补偿门与框之间的轻微错位,并缓冲最终接触:金属撞击噪声和门板异响明显降低,即使门板调整不到位,锁舌也能稳定入位。
安装无需螺钉:锁扣直接压入面板开孔卡紧,配合扎带固定另一侧。适用直径 4mm,面向轻中型门板。黑色 PA66+30GF 本体符合 UL 与 RoHS 要求。

操作指南
1. Snap the keeper into the panel cutout
Installation needs no screws: the keeper presses into the panel cutout and locks in place, and a cable tie down anchors the mating side.
2. Let the ramp steer the striker home
The molded guiding ramp steers the latch tongue or striker into the closed position and compensates minor misalignment between door and frame.
3. Cushion the final contact
The PA66+30GF body cushions the final contact: metal impact noise and panel rattle drop noticeably.
4. Pair it with rotary, slam, or push-to-close latches
The keeper works with rotary latches, slam (impact) door locks, and push-to-close latches on light to medium-duty doors.
5. Confirm material compliance for the build
The glass-fiber reinforced body complies with UL and RoHS requirements; validate UV and weathering exposure for outdoor service.
