SL-A126 橡胶减振搭扣
SL-A126 为橡胶减振搭扣，优质橡胶扣身对连接体保持弹性预压并隔离振动：69 mm、87 mm、267 mm 三种长度覆盖小盖板到长罩壳，锁紧力 150 N，极限载荷 250/380 N，橡胶体配 SPCC 或 SUS304 五金件。

搭扣采用过死点锁紧：手柄越过中心后机构自锁，抗振防松，单手即可开启，适合频繁开合场合。干燥室内环境选镀锌 SPCC 钢，潮湿、冲洗或沿海工况选 SUS304 不锈钢。锁紧力与极限载荷为型号额定值——请按密封条压缩量与预期振动选型，尺寸见图纸。

操作指南
1. Isolate vibration with quality elastomer
The quality elastomer body keeps elastic preload on the joined parts and isolates vibration.
2. Cover small covers to long hoods
69 mm, 87 mm, and 267 mm lengths cover applications from small covers to long hoods.
3. Clamp at 150 N
The series clamps at 150 N with 250/380 N ultimate load ratings.
4. Build it over SPCC or SUS304
The rubber body works over SPCC or SUS304 hardware - pick the base metal for the site's humidity and washdown exposure.
5. Size and classify per application
Size the latch to the gasket compression and expected vibration, classify the environment, and confirm dimensions per drawing.
