SL-A220 内扣式弹性搭扣
SL-A220 为内扣式弹性搭扣，橡胶扣体：内扣挂钩使结构紧凑、节约安装空间，弹性体缓冲振动——106 mm 长，锁紧力 100/120/220 N，极限载荷 460 N，带锁定结构。

搭扣采用过死点锁紧：手柄越过中心后机构自锁，抗振防松，单手即可开启，适合频繁开合场合。干燥室内环境选镀锌 SPCC 钢，潮湿、冲洗或沿海工况选 SUS304 不锈钢。锁紧力与极限载荷为型号额定值——请按密封条压缩量与预期振动选型，尺寸见图纸。

操作指南
1. Save space with the inward hook

Choose SPCC plated for dry indoor service and SUS304 for humid or coastal duty, and confirm against salt-spray exposure.
