SL-A56 内扣式可调节搭扣
SL-A56 为内扣式可调节搭扣，下偏心机构将全部安装五金与锁定功能隐藏于手柄之下，实现牢固的偏平面锁定：锁紧力 500 N，极限载荷 2000 N，SPCC 钢或 SUS304 不锈钢材质，带挂锁或自锁结构防止意外开启。

搭扣采用过死点锁紧：手柄越过中心后机构自锁，抗振防松，单手即可开启，适合频繁开合场合。干燥室内环境选镀锌 SPCC 钢，潮湿、冲洗或沿海工况选 SUS304 不锈钢。锁紧力与极限载荷为型号额定值——请按密封条压缩量与预期振动选型，尺寸见图纸。

操作指南
1. Hide the hardware under the handle
The concealed adjustable toggle latch hides all mounting hardware and the locking function beneath the handle for secure off-plane locking.
2. Clamp at 500 N
The under-center mechanism delivers 500 N clamping force with a 2000 N ultimate load rating.
3. Let the geometry lock itself
Toggle latches clamp over-center: the lever geometry locks itself at the end of travel and resists opening under vibration, while releasing in one hand movement.
4. Pick steel or stainless by the site
Choose SPCC steel plated for dry indoor service and SUS304 stainless for humid, washdown, or coastal duty.
5. Size it to the gasket and add a padlock
Size the latch to the gasket compression and expected vibration, confirm dimensions per drawing, and pick the padlock or self-locking version against accidental opening.
