SLD1-2416 可挂锁翼形旋钮转舌锁扣
SLD1-2416 是一款 SUS304 不锈钢可挂锁翼形旋钮转舌锁扣。适配 Ø22.5 mm 标准面板开孔，夹持板厚 1–5 mm，用任意挂锁即可锁闭，无需管理钥匙。兼容 EMKA 1000-U429-01 系列。

有些机柜只需要在交接班时上锁，而不是配一把需要专人保管的钥匙锁芯。SLD1-2416 的解法是一个四分之一转即可闭合的翼形旋钮，加一个穿标准挂锁的锁扣。已经为车队统一配备挂锁的买家，不必再维护第二套钥匙系统。
锁体为 SUS304 不锈钢拉丝表面，采用与 D1 全系转舌锁扣共用的 GH18 平台和 Ø22.5 mm 开孔。翼形旋钮贴近面板、免工具开启，适合配电柜和电信机柜上戴手套操作。安装扭矩：螺丝 8 N·m，螺母 17 N·m。
兼容 EMKA 1000-U429-01 系列（仅供兼容性参考；EMKA 为其各自所有者的商标，无附属或背书关系）。
安装三步
- 在门板标记位置钻或冲 Ø22.5 mm 开孔。
- 从正面插入锁扣，内侧装螺母，扭矩 17 N·m。
- 关门，翼形旋钮转 90°，挂锁穿入锁扣即完成。

操作指南
1. Lock only during shift changes
Some cabinets need a lock only during shift changes, not a keyed cylinder to track: the wing knob closes in a quarter turn and a clasp takes a standard padlock.
2. Keep one keying system
Buyers who already stock padlocks for their fleet keep one keying system instead of two.
3. Drill or punch the Ø22.5mm cut-out
The body sits on the GH18 platform with the Ø22.5 mm cut-out shared across the D1 quarter turn range; insert the latch from the front at the marked position.
4. Torque the fixings to spec
Fixing torques are 8 N·m on the screw and 17 N·m on the nut.
5. Fit gloved utility crews
The wing knob sits close to the panel and opens without tools, suiting gloved hands on utility and telecom cabinets.
