操作指南
1. Carry larger panels on a 60x60 leaf
The heavy-duty member of the constant torque series uses a 60x60 mm zinc alloy leaf with M6 stud and nut fixing for larger, heavier panels.
2. Hold position under vibration
The hinge holds panels at position under vibration without additional support hardware.
3. Fix with M6 stud and nut
The M6 stud-and-nut fixing gives a solid, serviceable attachment on thick doors and covers.
4. Remove props from the design
Controlled friction replaces gas struts or prop rods, preventing slam and improving service safety.
5. Confirm loads and dimensions per drawing
Torque values and installation dimensions are confirmed per drawing for the specific panel weight.
