操作指南
1. Route the actuation beneath the latch body
The bottom drive structure is for panels where side or top routing is blocked; run the linkage under the latch body and confirm it clears the door edge through the full swing.
2. Decide on the bracket before drilling
Versions with or without a mounting bracket fit different panel layouts; order the bracket version when the panel face needs a defined standoff, the bracket-less one when space is minimal.
3. Fix through Ø4.5mm holes or M4×0.7 / 8-32 UNC threads
The mounting pattern matches the 4001 family; panels already drilled for a 4001-11 accept this model without rework.
4. Keep the cushioning device engaged
The integrated cushioning device quiets closing and damps vibration; make sure the bracket version is torqued down evenly so the damper does not bind.
5. Respect the 2,600 N ceiling
Ultimate load is 2,600 N; on dust-proof sealed enclosures the gasket stack-up must not push the latch past this rating.
