操作指南
1. Start from a glass-filled body

The friction torque can be tuned to the weight of the door or lid, giving controlled positioning without gas struts or stays.
3. Mount it symmetrically in view
The symmetrical, clean-looking design suits exposed mounting where the hinge face stays visible.
4. Check weathering on outdoor service
Validate the PA66 body against laboratory light exposure where the hinge serves outdoor equipment.
5. Verify torque stays put
Friction elements are cycle-tested so the set torque stays stable over the service life.
