2. Use the rounded transition head
The rounded transition head minimizes cleaning dead spots and residue build-up.
3. Seal the joint with HNBR
A blue HNBR sealing ring seals the joint at the panel or threaded connection - protection up to IP69K depending on installation structure and sealing compression.
4. Build it in SUS316L
SUS316L and HNBR sealing elements resist common cleaning agents on washdown lines.
5. Confirm protection by test
Final ingress protection depends on the installed joint - confirm by test in the application.
