Spannverschlüsse spannen über den Totpunkt: Die Hebelgeometrie verriegelt sich am Hubende selbst und widersteht dem Öffnen unter Vibration, löst aber mit einer Handbewegung für häufigen Zugang. Anleitung
1. Let the spring absorb the shake
The compression spring applies elastic preload and absorbs vibration at the clamped joint.
2. Pick the force for the body
The 93 mm body holds under 100/200/350 N clamping force with an ultimate load of 2800 N.
3. Lock it over-center
Toggle latches clamp over-center: the lever geometry locks itself at the end of travel and resists opening under vibration, while releasing in one hand movement.
4. Choose steel or stainless
Choose SPCC steel plated for dry indoor service and SUS304 stainless for humid, washdown, or coastal duty.
5. Size it to the gasket
Size the latch to the gasket compression and expected vibration, confirm dimensions per drawing, and pick the lockable version with a padlock or seal facility where needed.
