Die SL-4000-20 Drehfalle mit verlängertem Vertikalantrieb wurde für Industriegehäuse und Gerätetüren entwickelt, bei denen der Bauraum für einen standardmäßigen Vertikalantrieb begrenzt ist oder ein längerer Antriebshub erforderlich ist. Die verlängerte Antriebsstruktur ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Verriegelung in einstufiger oder zweistufiger Ausführung, wahlweise links oder rechts, passend für jede Türanordnung. Die Befestigung erfolgt flexibel über ein Ф6,4-mm-Durchgangsloch oder eine M6×1-Gewindeverbindung. Die Drehfalle ist aus verzinktem Stahl oder Edelstahl erhältlich, bietet einen Bolzenhub von bis zu 9,6 mm und eine maximale Traglast von 3300 N – eine zuverlässige Wahl für OEM-Großmengen und kundenspezifische Anwendungen.

Anleitung
1. Confirm the longer drive stroke is what the door needs
The extended drive structure is for doors where standard vertical drive space is limited or a longer stroke is required; measure the door's pull-in travel before choosing this over the standard 4000-10.
2. Set the stage count and handing on the order
Single-stage or dual-stage engagement and left- or right-hand orientation are specified at order time — getting handing wrong means the linkage routes the wrong way across the door.
3. Mount through the Ø6.4mm hole or M6×1 thread
Both fixing options are in the drawing; the threaded connection suits thinner frames, the through hole thicker castings.
4. Match the pin strike to the striker height
The latch accepts a pin strike up to 9.6 mm; check the striker pin diameter and the engagement depth together.
5. Stay within the 3,300 N ultimate load
Ultimate load is 3,300 N for both the zinc-plated and stainless builds; size the door gasket compression so the latch is not working at its ceiling.
