Quality at SecuriLock is not a plaque on the wall. It is a process that runs from incoming material to final shipment at our 30,000 m² factory in Xuzhou.
Steel, zinc alloy and spring components are inspected on arrival, and dimensional checks follow every stamping, machining and assembly step. Corrosion resistance is verified in our own salt spray laboratory, tested to ASTM B117 and ISO 9227. Before packing, every rotary latch passes a 100% functional test, and each batch is sampled to AQL standards.
With more than 20 years of OEM experience, we keep inspection records for every order, so each shipment can be traced back to its test data. Third-party test reports available on request.
