What padlock shackle diameter fits the clasp?
The clasp takes shackles from Ø4.5 to 10 mm. If your padlock sits outside this range, send us its shackle spec before ordering.
Is a keyed version available?
Yes. The same platform takes key cylinders and tool inserts; see the SLD1-2410 on this line.
Can it replace an EMKA 1000-U429-01?
It is built to the same Ø22.5 mm cut-out and GH18 envelope. Confirm cam geometry against your door drawing.
Can I order different drivers for the same enclosure project?
Yes. State the driver code per position in your inquiry; one body keeps spare parts simple.
Is this a hygienic latch?
The body platform is shared with our SLD1-2440 hygienic series; for food-zone washdown duty choose that series with its silicone seal.
Zamak or stainless
how do I choose? — Zamak for indoor cabinets with cost targets; SUS304 for outdoor, marine-adjacent or washdown-adjacent sites.
Can all my cabinets use one key?
Yes, order keyed alike. For tiered access, ask for a master-key system when you inquire.
Is K333 the only key code?
K333 is the standard; special codes can be quoted. Tell us the code printed on your existing key.
How many keys come with each lock?
Two keys per lock as standard; state your requirement for fleet projects.
Which test reports can you provide for railway projects?
Vibration, fatigue and torque reports are available on request. Cite your project standard when you inquire so scope can be confirmed before ordering.
