Sourcing Policy: What to Expect When You Order
MOQ, samples, lead time, customization and payment terms — everything a B2B buyer needs before placing an order.
This page answers the questions our sales team hears most often: minimum order quantities, sample policy, production lead time, customization options and payment terms. Everything stated here is our standard practice.

Samples
We encourage sample evaluation before volume orders. Samples are available at actual cost — sample charge plus real courier freight. Samples for items not in stock take about 25 days to produce. For full custom prototypes, sample cost is quoted per project.
Customization (OEM / ODM)
We manufacture to your specification: mounting holes, materials (zinc alloy, stainless 304/316), colors and surface treatments, key systems (keyed-alike, CH751/K333 fleet standards), logo and packaging. OEM/ODM starts from 100 pcs depending on the product — tell us your model and quantity and we'll confirm. Custom logo/packaging runs from 3,000 pcs; surface treatment customization from 1,000 pcs; engineering drawings are provided for approval before production.
Lead time & shipping
Stock items ship in 10–15 days; regular production takes 15–20 days after drawing approval. If raw material is unavailable we'll tell you honestly upfront (longest case so far ~40 days). Express 7–10 days worldwide; sea freight quoted per shipment. We handle export documentation; DDP/DDU terms available per destination.
Quality & documentation
Every batch ships with material and inspection reports. Third-party testing (SGS/TÜV) can be arranged on request. Key systems are managed to your access hierarchy, including keyed-alike fleets.
Payment terms
Payment by T/T. Proforma invoice is issued within 24 hours of your request.
