How we work with OEM customers
SecuriLock runs a 30,000 m² own factory with more than 20 years of OEM experience. We build rotary latches and locking systems to customer drawings, from design for manufacturing through serial production. Our in-house salt spray laboratory tests to ASTM B117 / ISO 9227.
Every batch is inspected to AQL standards and each latch passes 100% functional testing before packing. Our on-time delivery record over the past 36 months is 100%. Third-party test reports are available on request.

Requirement review
Send us your drawings, samples or technical specification. Our engineers reply within one working day with manufacturability feedback and a quotation.

Engineering
Once the concept is confirmed, free STEP/DWG drawings are delivered the next working day, ready to import into your assembly model.

Sampling
Samples ship in 20 to 35 working days. Salt spray, cycle and load tests are completed in our in-house laboratory before dispatch.

Pilot run
Production starts at 50 pieces. Every batch is AQL inspected and 100% functionally tested.

Serial delivery
Capacity and lead times are locked for repeat orders. Our on-time delivery rate has stayed at 100% for the past 36 months.
KA/MK key systems
For fleets and multi-cabinet installations we supply keyed alike (KA) and master key (MK) systems: one key for an entire batch, or hierarchical access by role. Key codes are registered at the factory, so replacements and extensions stay traceable.
