Every latch is verified in our own facility before shipment. Salt spray corrosion testing is performed in-house to ASTM B117 / ISO 9227 (1,000+ hour tests available), and every unit passes 100% functional testing. Batch orders ship with AQL acceptance sampling records. Material certificates and salt spray test reports are available with each order, and third-party inspection can be arranged at order stage on request.

Yes. Keyed-alike (KA) and master-key (MK) programs are available across our pin tumbler cylinder and right-angle lock ranges. Keying requirements must be specified at order stage because they affect the production process and cannot be changed after manufacture. For complex multi-enclosure or tiered-access projects, our application engineering team can consult on the keying architecture at the design stage.

Technical support means direct access to engineers who work on product applications — not a general customer service team. Questions about installation, application suitability or product modification receive responses from people who can actually answer them. Submit the competitor part number and a brief application description; we identify the closest SecuriLock equivalent or flag where a modification is needed. Response within 1–2 business days. Yes — for every product in our catalog, without exception and without registration. We supply:

• STEP files (.stp) — compatible with all major CAD platforms
• DWG files — 2D dimensional drawings with tolerances and hole patterns
• PDF datasheets — for quick reference and procurement documentation

If you need a standard part from an established brand and price is not the primary factor, their distributor networks are efficient and reasonable. SecuriLock tends to be the better fit for custom configurations, tighter budgets, faster prototypes, or when you need direct technical dialogue rather than going through a distributor. We will give you an honest assessment if you send your requirements.

All prices are quoted in USD as standard; EUR available on request. Prices are EXW Xuzhou unless otherwise agreed. Supported methods:
