Frequently Asked Questions

What are the import duties and taxes?

All prices are EXW — import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST and destination-country taxes are the buyer's responsibility. HS Code: 8301 — padlocks and locks of base metal. Indicative MFN duty rates: USA 3–7%, EU 2–6%, UK 2–4%, Canada 0–6%, Australia 0–5%. Confirm with your customs broker. We provide compliant export documentation and do not undervalue invoices.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. For time-critical shipments we arrange DHL Express Priority — delivery to major US and European cities in 1–2 business days from Xuzhou dispatch. Priority service typically costs 1.5–2× the standard DHL Express rate. Same-day dispatch cut-off is 14:00 CST on business days. Contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.

What is your return policy?

Standard catalog products: 14-calendar-day return window from confirmed delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging with documentation. Return shipping at buyer's expense. Refund within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. No restocking fee for quality-related returns; 10% restocking fee for buyer-requested returns above USD $1,000.

Custom / OEM products: produced to buyer-approved specifications and not eligible for standard returns. Quality non-conformances are handled under the quality complaint process.

What type of lock do RV manufacturers use for exterior storage compartments?
T-handle and wing-handle quarter-turn locks are the most common: they clamp the door with a 90° turn, seal against weather, and accept fleet key codes such as CH751.
Can all RV compartment locks be keyed alike?
Yes. Keyed-alike programs cover T-handles, compression latches and padlockable hasps, so one key opens every compartment on the vehicle. CH751 and K333 are the usual fleet standards.
What materials hold up to vibration and UV on RV compartment doors?
Zinc-alloy and glass-reinforced nylon bodies handle vibration and impact; SUS304 stainless steel suits exposed coastal or winter-road use. Dust covers extend cylinder life.
Who do you supply — manufacturers or aftermarket?
We primarily support RV and camper manufacturers, trailer builders and specialty vehicle OEMs, and also serve aftermarket distributors. Custom programs run from 100 pcs.
