Common Questions About Our Industrial Locks
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces per SKU, for both catalog items and custom OEM programs. Lower quantities for prototype or trial orders are negotiable — tell us about your project and we will work it out with you.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard products: 2-4 weeks. Custom projects: 4-8 weeks depending on tooling and approval process.
Do you support ODM / OEM projects?
Absolutely. Our engineering team can develop custom locks, latches and handles from concept to mass production.
Can you ship samples for evaluation?
Yes, sample orders usually ship within 3-5 business days by air courier.
How do I request a quotation?
Use the contact form or email us with product SKU, estimated quantity and target market. We reply within 24 hours.
Can SecuriLock rotary latches be used on aircraft?
Our rotary latches are designed for ground support equipment, aviation transport cases and non-structural cabin interior equipment such as galley and stowage hardware. They are not certified for flight-critical airframe applications. If your program requires certified flight hardware, tell us the specification and we will confirm honestly whether our products fit.
How do your latches perform in extreme temperatures?
Standard configurations operate from -40°C to +80°C, covering tarmac winters as well as closed containers parked in direct sun. We validate latch function through thermal cycling, and every unit is functionally tested before shipment. If your application sees temperatures outside this range, tell us your profile and we will propose suitable materials and lubricants.
What documentation do you provide for aviation supplier qualification?
Each lot ships with material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and batch traceability records. Salt spray results from our in-house laboratory are issued to ASTM B117 / ISO 9227, and third-party test reports are available on request. Your quality team can file the package directly into its own supplier approval system.
Can you reduce latch weight for weight-sensitive aviation equipment?
Yes. We offer weight-optimized geometries and material selections that keep the two-stage locking action intact. Send us your target weight and load requirements; our engineers respond with a proposal, and free STEP/DWG files arrive the next working day so you can check fit in your assembly model.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time for aerospace programs?
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per model, and samples ship in 20 to 35 working days depending on configuration. For qualification programs we support small pilot lots before you commit to volume orders, and we schedule production around your assembly plan.
