5. For significant events: full 8D/CAPA report within 10 business days, including root cause and corrective actions.

All complaints are formally documented for audits.

All SecuriLock products carry a 12-month warranty from date of shipment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended-use conditions. Specific terms are defined in the purchase agreement. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification or operation outside rated specifications. We investigate performance concerns even outside the formal warranty period.
