Precision Die-Casting

Zinc and aluminum die-casting with robotic trimming.

CNC Machining

High-precision CNC turning and milling for complex parts.

Assembly & Testing

Semi-automatic assembly lines with 100% functional testing.

In-House Salt Spray Laboratory

Corrosion performance is verified where the parts are made. Our own laboratory runs neutral salt spray tests to ASTM B117 and ISO 9227, so coating quality is checked on real production hardware instead of relying on supplier paperwork.

Third-party test reports are available on request.
