Can one key system manage my entire vehicle or cabinet fleet?

Yes. We build master-key (MK) and keyed-alike (KA) systems in which one crew key opens every lock you assign to it, while a master key keeps override access for supervisors. Key schedules are documented per project — which key opens which group of locks — so the plan survives fleet expansion and driver changes.Keying must be specified at order stage because it changes the cylinder build; it cannot be added after manufacture. For fleets above a few hundred locks or with tiered access (driver / maintenance / security), our engineers help design the keying architecture at the specification stage.

What is the difference between keyed-alike and master-key systems?

Keyed-alike (KA): every lock in the group opens with the same key — the simplest setup for crews that should not carry multiple keys. Master-key (MK): each lock keeps its own individual key, and one additional master key opens them all — the standard choice when different departments need their own keys plus supervisory override.Both are available across our keyed lock and cylinder ranges, including CH751 and K333 fleet standards. State KA, MK or a combination when you inquire; mixed hierarchies (KA per vehicle, MK across the fleet) are common in RV and telecom fleet programs.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ starts from 100 pieces per SKU, for both catalog items and custom OEM programs. Smaller trial or prototype quantities can be discussed — tell us about your project and we will work it out with you.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard products: 15-20 days. Custom projects: 4-8 weeks depending on tooling and approval process.
