SLD1-2416 Padlockable Wing Knob Quarter Turn
The SLD1-2416 is a padlockable wing knob quarter turn in stainless steel 304. It fits the standard Ø22.5 mm panel cut-out, clamps doors from 1 to 5 mm, and locks with any padlock — no cylinder to manage. Compatible with EMKA 1000-U429-01 series.

Some cabinets need a lock only during shift changes, not a keyed cylinder that someone must track. The SLD1-2416 answers this with a wing knob that closes in a quarter turn and a clasp that takes a standard padlock. Buyers who already stock padlocks for their fleet keep one keying system instead of two.
The body is stainless steel 304 with a brushed finish, on the GH18 platform with the Ø22.5 mm cut-out shared across our D1 quarter turn range. The wing knob sits close to the panel and opens without tools, which suits gloved hands on utility and telecom cabinets. Fixing torques: 8 N·m on the screw, 17 N·m on the nut.

How to install
- Drill or punch the Ø22.5 mm cut-out at the marked position on the door.
- Insert the latch from the front, fit the nut from inside, torque 17 N·m.
- Close the door, turn the wing knob 90°, hook the padlock through the clasp.
