Roof Rack Lock Cylinders

Removable zinc alloy lock cylinders for roof rack systems: automotive crossbars, luggage racks, bike carriers, snowboard and kayak racks, surfboard carriers, and rooftop cargo boxes.

Supplied as replacement cores or as matched sets for volume fitment, they serve automotive accessory makers, roof rack manufacturers, and outdoor sports equipment brands. Keyed-alike groups and OEM key codes are supported for production programs.

Each core is a compact barrel lock: the lock barrel seats in the carrier foot and secures the rack to the vehicle roof. Replacement barrel lock cores can be matched to existing key numbers, so a lost key does not mean replacing the whole carrier.
