The SL-B-2312 L-Handle Lock with Trigger Release holds its L-handle locked to the housing until the release trigger at the handle base is pressed; only then does the handle swing and rotate the rear cam through 90°. This two-step action prevents accidental opening from vibration or incidental contact. A padlock hole through the handle accepts a padlock or security seal for access control. The stainless steel / zinc alloy construction mounts through a 22×20mm cut-out with IP65 sealing for outdoor electrical enclosures, control cabinets, and energy storage cabinets.
