SLD1-2409 Quarter Turn Latch — Six Drive Codes on One Body
The SLD1-2409 is a GH18 quarter turn latch that takes six tool drivers — coin slot, 10 mm hexagon, triangle 7/8 mm, square 7/8 mm — on one body. Zamak or SUS304, Ø22.5 mm cut-out, panels 1–8 mm, IP65. Compatible with EMKA 1000-U838-02 class.

One enclosure line often mixes access levels: tool-only panels next to keyed doors. The SLD1-2409 keeps the hardware visually consistent by putting six different drivers on the same GH18 body, so the door line looks uniform while each panel keeps its own access level.
Pick zamak for cost-driven volume or SUS304 where corrosion matters; the EPDM gasket and nut fixing are identical across both. The Ø22.5 mm cut-out and 1–8 mm panel range match the standard enclosure punch used across our D1 range, including the SLD1-2440 hygienic series. Fixing torques: 8 N·m on the screw, 17 N·m on the nut.

Driver code system
One body, six drivers. 224 is the coin slot, for panels that should open with any flat blade. 260 is the 10 mm hexagon socket, the fitter's standard. 237 and 238 are the 7 and 8 mm triangles; 247 and 248 the 7 and 8 mm squares. For mixed-position projects, list the driver per panel in your inquiry; spares stay on one lock body.
