The SL-D4-2423 Dustproof Safety Quarter Turn Lock is a SUS304 stainless steel push-down safety quarter turn cam lock with a dust cover and sliding-sleeve limiter. In the locked state the plug cannot be rotated directly — the sliding sleeve must first be pressed down to release the limiter before a key or tool turns the cylinder and drives the rear cam. This two-step action effectively prevents vibration loosening, misoperation, and dust ingress. With IP65 protection, M22×20mm panel mounting, and REACH No.1907/2006 compliance, it is designed for railway equipment cabinets, engineering machinery maintenance doors, outdoor electrical enclosures, communication cabinets, generator sets, energy storage cabinets, and vehicle equipment compartment doors.
