The SL-A-2442-124 High Button Lever Compression Lock is a push-button lever compression latch that closes and clamps the door seal in one motion, used on pickup canopies, RV doors, vehicle toolboxes and equipment enclosures.

The SL-A-2442-124 is the high-button version of this zinc lever compression lock: the raised button is easy to locate and press with gloved or cold hands, a practical detail for outdoor equipment that operators service in winter or wearing work gloves. Folding the lever closed pulls the door panel inward against the frame, which cuts vibration loosening and panel rattle on equipment that runs or travels all day. The rear grip adjusts to door thickness, gasket compression and frame position, and the latch is available non-keyed or with a CH751 cylinder. Die-cast zinc body, IP40 rating — best under a cover or canopy rather than in direct wash-down. Typical fits: vehicle equipment doors, air compressor enclosures, generator sets, construction machinery and vehicle toolboxes.
