SL-4005-12 Shock-Absorbing Handle-Operated Rotary Lock
The SL-4005-12 Shock-Absorbing Handle-Operated Rotary Lock is designed for vibration-prone industrial and vehicle applications, featuring single or double stage, left/right orientation, and a 3,600N load rating. Made from galvanized or stainless steel with a 9.5mm striker size, it meets REACH No.1907/2006 standards for reliable long-term performance.

The SL-4005-12 keeps the tool-free handle drive of the -11 and adds an internal shock-absorbing mechanism, making it the vibration-duty choice in the 4005 rotary lock family.
A quarter turn of the handle drives the cam while the built-in damper absorbs impact energy at engagement, protecting cam and striker from repeated shock on vibrating panels; single or double stage and both orientations are available.
Galvanized steel or stainless steel construction, a Φ7.2 mounting hole with M6x1 or 1/4-20 threads, 9.5mm maximum striker and a 3,600N load rating meet REACH No.1907/2006.
Specify the -12 instead of the standard -11 for construction machinery, off-road vehicles and generator sets that run under constant vibration; both share the same panel cut-out. Flexible MOQ and OEM customization are available for volume projects.
