SL-4005-91 Dual Trigger Vertical/Top Drive Rotary Lock
The SL-4005-91 is a dual trigger vertical/top drive rotary lock designed for coordinated latching of industrial cabinets, equipment doors, and vehicle hatches. Available in galvanized steel or stainless steel, it supports left-hand and right-hand single-stage or double-stage mounting, and Ø7.2 through holes, M6×1, or 1/4-20 threaded installations. With a 3600N maximum load, 9.5mm striker compatibility, and REACH No.1907/2006 compliance, it suits high-volume OEM and MRO projects requiring multi-directional top and vertical actuation.

The SL-4005-91 is the featured flagship of the 4005 family, pairing vertical drive with a top entry for mixed high rod and vertical layouts.
Vertical or top input rotates the same cam, so a tall panel can be worked from a top linkage or a vertical rod system without changing hardware; single-stage or double-stage engagement and both orientations are configurable.
A galvanized or stainless steel body mounts through a Φ7.2 hole with M6x1 or 1/4-20 threads, accepts 9.5mm strikers and reaches a 3,600N maximum load under REACH No.1907/2006.
Choose the -91 when the door mixes a top rod run with vertical linkage; compare the -81 if the second entry must sit at the bottom. It suits RV compartments, generator enclosures and special-vehicle hatches, with flexible MOQ for projects.
