SL-4005-81 Dual Trigger Vertical/Bottom Drive Rotary Lock
The SL-4005-81 is a dual trigger vertical/bottom drive rotary lock designed for synchronized latching of industrial cabinets, equipment doors, and vehicle compartments. Available in galvanized steel or stainless steel, it supports left-hand and right-hand single-stage or double-stage mounting, and Ø7.2 through holes, M6×1, or 1/4-20 threaded installations. With a 3600N maximum load, 9.5mm striker compatibility, and REACH No.1907/2006 compliance, it is suited for high-volume OEM and MRO projects requiring multi-directional actuation.

The SL-4005-81 gives one lock two drive entries — vertical and bottom — so a panel can be latched from either path in the 4005 rotary lock family.
Either the vertical or the bottom input rotates the same cam, enabling redundant actuation routes for doors opened from two sides or mixed rod layouts; single-stage or double-stage engagement and both orientations are available.
Galvanized steel or stainless steel construction mounts through a Φ7.2 hole with M6x1 or 1/4-20 threads, accepts strikers up to 9.5mm and carries a 3,600N rating under REACH No.1907/2006.
Choose the -81 when the door needs two actuation paths, for example vertical rods plus a bottom handle; add the damper of the -82 under vibration. It fits RV compartments and engineering vehicle doors, with flexible MOQ for OEM projects.
